Intro to Ashtanga Yoga Three-Hour Course with Rachel Dyer

Join us for a three-hour beginner’s course to learn the basics of Ashtanga Yoga!

Students will be introduced to Mysore-style yoga, guided through the beginning sequences of postures, briefly discuss philosophy, and learn the basic technique for syncing breath, movement, and gaze.

Tuition includes one month - starting Monday, January 8, 2024 - of unlimited access to all classes at Ashtanga Yoga Bridgeport.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (we have some you can borrow if you don’t have one), something comfortable to sit on (i.e., pillow, bolster, or meditation cushion), something to drink and snack on during a short break, and, if desired, a pen/pencil and paper/journal for note-taking (or your Notes app).
