New to yoga or Ashtanga Yoga? Join us for a four-week beginner’s course to learn the basics of Ashtanga Yoga.
Students will be introduced to Mysore-style yoga, guided through the beginning sequences of postures, discuss philosophy, and learn the basic technique for syncing breath, movement, and gaze.
This course meets one hour per week for four weeks - every Monday in March 2023 (March 6, 13, 20, and 27) from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. - in-person at Ashtanga Yoga Bridgeport and will be live-streamed for those who wish to attend virtually. A zoom link will be emailed to you upon registration.
Tuition: $75
Tuition also includes one month, starting March 6, of unlimited access to all in-person and online classes at Ashtanga Yoga Bridgeport.
