Strength for Ashtanga

Strength for Ashtanga Yoga is a mix of yoga asana and calisthenics that is designed to build the foundational strength that is helpful for advancing in your Ashtanga practice. All levels are welcome, but be prepared to sweat. The only gear you need is your mat. There is no Strength for Ashtanga on Moon Days.
